CakesCottage’s Chocolate Cake Review

This chocolate cake recipe by Natalie at cakescottage.com is one of the best I have tasted. I like how dark the cake is and how rich the flavor is, especially with how fluffy it is. There is a lot of sugar in the cake, and that is to be expected, but I would like to try substituting the cane sugar with another type of sugar to see if it tastes just as good without the drawbacks of cane sugar.  I like this recipe because the author has made it simple to follow and very decadent with the amount of cocoa powder she uses, and I recommend using the cocoa powder she uses for the same flavor. I have not made the recipe with coffee as she has, but I have heard that coffee makes chocolate taste amazing, so I assume it helps flavor.
